This was an entry of mine in the weekly contest over at the Facebook group Caricaturama Showdown 3000. This week's celeb face everyone is doing is Bill Cosby. This was all digital and it took a total of about an hour.

I decided to enter the weekly caricaturama showdown 3000 contest which is targeting Bill Cosby this week. I figure if I put in about 30 min. a day on this, I should have a nice finished piece by the deadline. This is all digital- 30 minutes into it so far.

Jack Dale Collins Portrait

Jack Dale Collins was a man killed last year by the Police in Portland Oregon. He was a homeless person who suffered from addiction and mental illness. It is a very sad story. This was all digital and it took about 30 minutes.

Flag Girl-001

Happy 4th of July!! Today I simply took a web photo I found and used that as inspiration for a sketch of a small girl wrapped in a USA flag. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. It is digital - done with a wacom tablet and photoshop cs5.

Tropical Girl-003

Ugh! Its another overcast day in Oregon. I decided to sketch another tropical girl sketch. This is all digital - done with a Wacom Bamboo digital pad and Photoshop CS5. It took me about 20 minutes total. I used a photo I found on the web as inspiration.

I didn't spend much time at sketching today. This was whipped out quickly. I'll try to put in my full 30 minutes tomorrow.
